Position Overview:

The Construction Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial and accounting functions related to Vuori's development initiatives. This position involves collaborating with design and construction teams to monitor project expenditures, process invoices and payment requests, and manage the financial closure process for tenant allowances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development team with financial inquiries and support the creation and reconciliation of job costs.
  • Conduct monthly evaluations of job cost reports and project financial statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with budgetary expectations; implement corrections and updates as directed by project leads.
  • Oversee all financial components of project close-out concerning tenant allowance collection.
  • Review contractor and vendor billing with project managers to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial documentation for all projects throughout their lifecycle.
  • Facilitate cross-functional reporting and special projects in collaboration with the finance and accounting departments.
  • Generate final budget reports upon project completion.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by the accounting and finance teams to support future retail strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction finance.
  • Proficient in Excel and experienced with AIA formatted requisition billing.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
