Position Overview:

The Construction Financial Analyst will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial and accounting functions related to Vuori's development initiatives. This position involves collaborating with design and construction teams to monitor project expenditures, process invoices and payment requests, and manage the financial closure process for tenant allowance recovery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the development team with financial inquiries and support job cost creation and reconciliation.
  • Conduct monthly assessments of job cost reports and project financial statements to ensure accuracy and alignment with the budget; implement corrections and updates as directed by project leaders.
  • Oversee all financial elements of project completion concerning tenant allowance recovery.
  • Review contractor and vendor billing with project managers to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive financial records for all projects throughout their duration.
  • Support cross-departmental reporting and special initiatives in collaboration with the finance and accounting teams.
  • Prepare final budget reports upon project completion.
  • Undertake additional tasks as requested by the accounting and finance departments to assist in future retail strategies.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in construction financial management.
  • Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in AIA formatted requisition billing.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a strong sense of urgency and ownership of responsibilities, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

The salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 annually.
