We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our high-volume call center team as Pre-Hearing Case Managers. This role plays a crucial part in supporting clients throughout their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information to incoming callers regarding disability claim status.
  • Making outbound calls to gather necessary case information from clients.
  • Efficiently accessing various systems and applications to research and resolve client inquiries and issues.
  • Navigating multiple computer windows to access several systems proficiently.
  • Handling all callers with efficiency, courtesy, and respect.
  • Meeting daily metric goals and participating in monthly audits.

Compensation Package:

Salary: $21 per hour, with potential earnings of up to $750 extra each month based on performance. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off (PTO), and paid holidays are also provided.

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience.
  • High-volume call center experience is preferred.

Essential Qualities:

  • Ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Strong attendance commitment.
  • Excellent computer knowledge and typing skills (minimum of 50 WPM).
  • Capability to handle high call volumes while effectively de-escalating situations using conflict resolution skills.
  • Sharp attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks accurately.
  • Strong analytical skills to review documents and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark levels.
