About the Job

Lorven Technologies is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service by answering the agency's main phone line via MS Teams, transferring calls to appropriate staff or department as needed, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management, using clear and concise language to ensure seamless operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that all necessary documents and equipment are readily available.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiently use MS Office 365, including data entry and the ability to learn additional software programs as needed.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role with strong verbal communication skills.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree or administrative assistant certification highly desired.
  • Skills: Excellent customer service skills, proficiency in MS Office 365, and ability to learn additional software programs as needed.
