RN Branch Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Director to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction.
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and home health aides, to ensure delivery of quality patient care.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct continuous quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction surveys.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Active/unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of North Carolina.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably within Home Health or Hospice.
- Home health experience required, with management and people leadership experience also required.
- Outstanding leadership skills, with experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience, with ability to manage multi-millions in revenue.
- OASIS experience required, with OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C) preferred.
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred, with CMS PDGM home care billing model and experience with requirements to bill for services also required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance required.
