**Job Summary**
CenterWell is seeking a highly skilled and experienced RN Branch Director to lead our Home Health operations in Asheville, NC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Supervise and support clinical staff, including nurses, therapists, and home health aides
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and the AVP of Operations and Finance to establish revenue and budget goals
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives, including quarterly committee meetings and patient satisfaction surveys
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives
**Requirements**
- Active and unrestricted RN license to practice in the state of North Carolina
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice
- Home health experience required; management and people leadership experience required
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, supervising, and supporting staff
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards
- Fiscal management experience required, with ability to manage multi-millions in revenue
- OASIS experience required; OASIS certification (HCS-O, COQS, and/or COS-C) preferred
- Homecare Homebase (HCHB) experience preferred; CMS PDGM home care billing model experience required
