Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Intake and Patient Services. This key leadership role will work closely with our business development team and referral sources to direct the day-to-day operations of our Intake Coordination team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct the Intake Coordination team to ensure seamless patient admissions and care coordination
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop and implement strategies for growth and expansion
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and healthcare partners
  • Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in patient care
Requirements
  • Current RN licensure in good standing in the state(s) of practice
  • At least 1 year of hospice experience and 2 years of nursing experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
