AVPro Edge Seeks Experienced Regional Sales Professional
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned sales expert with a proven track record of success in the Pro AV industry, particularly in the Central U.S. region. As a Regional Sales Manager at AVPro Edge, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth by securing new business and managing existing client accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including marketing rep firms, pro AV system integrators, consultants, and end customers throughout the Central U.S.
- Identify and proactively pursue new sales opportunities to grow the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the commercial team and company growth.
- Deliver exceptional service, addressing customer needs and ensuring a positive, long-term experience with AVPro Edge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to ensure alignment on customer needs and business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Pro AV industry, with a proven track record of success in the Central U.S. region.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a variety of stakeholders and tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively, while maintaining a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the Central U.S. region.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, along with performance-based incentives.
- Benefits Package: Comprehensive benefits package, including paid leave, group health & life insurance, employer-paid benefits, 401K with up to 4% match, and supplemental insurance.
- Work-Life Balance: Full-time remote position with regular business hours (Monday through Friday).
