Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or higher required.
  • Certification/License: Has, or willing to obtain, an educational aide certificate or substitute teaching license.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a teaching assistant is preferred.
  • Skills: Understanding of child development principles, best practices in education, and classroom management.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Christian Values: A love for the Lord and demonstrated understanding of biblical integration.
  • Background Check: Ability to pass an FBI/BCI background check.
