Compensation: $22.25 per hour
Role Summary:
As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate to provide an exceptional experience for our clients daily. Key Responsibilities:
As a specialist, you will be part of one of several operational teams:
- Receiving Team: This group manages the intake of new inventory from our clients, overseeing the entire process of storage and system integration. Effective communication regarding arrivals and any discrepancies is essential.
- Picking Team: This team is responsible for efficiently delivering products to the next phase of the operation, ensuring accuracy and speed. Their efforts are crucial in maintaining the flow of goods within the warehouse.
- Packing Team: Responsible for the final quality checks before shipments are dispatched, this team ensures that every order is packed correctly and meets our high standards. Collaboration with the picking team is vital to guarantee flawless fulfillment.
- Additional Duties as Needed: Flexibility is key; you may be called upon to assist in various areas beyond your usual responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Compliance with all safety and regulatory standards is mandatory.
Qualifications:
- Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends, as required by business needs, with a consistent record of punctuality.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs without restrictions.
- Willingness to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hour shifts.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and push/pull frequently.
- Flexibility to assist in other departments as necessary.
- A hands-on approach to completing tasks.
- Quick adaptability to change.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Capacity to rapidly grasp new processes and identify operational enhancements.
- A desire to start a career with a fast-growing startup.
- No prior warehouse experience is required; a comprehensive training program will be provided.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
