Job Title: MRI Technologist

Join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at HSS, a leading hospital in the field of orthopedics and rheumatology. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care by operating magnetic resonance scanners to obtain images for use by physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate MRI scanners to obtain high-quality images for use by physicians
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during exams
  • Properly store and maintain equipment
  • Instruct patients on exam procedures
  • Accurately log and document related information
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited radiologic program with certification in MR (ARRT)
  • CT State License required; CT State DOH IV injection license preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI scanning experience; GE and Siemens scanner experience preferred
  • Flexible working hours and excellent organization and communication skills
