Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Mobile Engineer to collaborate across product, engineering, and design teams. You will play a pivotal role in developing the mobile application that powers our cutting-edge personal training experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of intricate features utilizing Flutter and native iOS/Android frameworks.
- Engage in design and planning sessions, participating in scrum ceremonies to ensure effective product delivery.
- Cultivate a quality-focused engineering culture that promotes rapid and confident product launches.
- Tackle cross-platform engineering challenges and contribute innovative ideas to enhance software architecture and best practices.
- Coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams to optimize development and testing processes.
- Diagnose and analyze customer issues, performing root cause analysis to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in Dart, Swift, and/or Kotlin with experience in backend service integration.
- Strong grasp of mobile application architecture and design principles.
- Familiarity with data analytics and logging tools such as Sentry, Amplitude, or OpenSearch.
- Knowledge of source control management, build processes, and CI/CD workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail in both code and UI/UX, coupled with a creative problem-solving approach.
- Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Apple Health and/or Google Health Connect.
- Knowledge of media processing and video streaming technologies.
- A passion for the fitness industry.

Compensation
Salary Range: $135K - $190K
