Description: This role is for a Dining Services Associate at a premier senior living community. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are enthusiastic about improving the quality of life for seniors.

As a Dining Services Associate, your primary responsibilities will include the setup of dining areas, delivering meal services, and maintaining cleanliness in dining spaces. Below are some key responsibilities and skills that are essential for this position:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing proper food handling and service techniques.
  • Taking meal and beverage orders and serving them with a friendly demeanor.
  • Ensuring resident satisfaction with meals.
  • Maintaining knowledge of menu items and specials to effectively communicate with residents and guests.
  • Keeping assigned tables and surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Adhering to cleaning schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Assisting in the training of new dining staff.
  • Following safety and loss prevention protocols.
  • Setting up and cleaning the dining area while upholding hospitality standards.
  • Maintaining personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
  • Completing opening and closing checklists.
  • Supporting the organization of dining room flow and supply placement.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned.
