Position Summary

We are currently seeking a dedicated Lead Server to enhance our culinary team. This position involves comprehensive, hands-on serving responsibilities within our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consistently uphold community standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and organization.
  • Assist with managerial duties as required.
  • Ensure adherence to food quality, presentation, and appearance standards at all times.
  • Maintain dining room aesthetics and presentation standards consistently.
  • Prepare tables and keep workstations organized. Take orders, provide service, and deliver requested items courteously and graciously. Address relevant inquiries regarding menu selections.
  • Serve patrons using appropriate etiquette and foster a welcoming dining environment.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in food service is preferred.
  • Experience working with seniors is an advantage.
Some positions may require inquiries regarding vaccination status, including MMR, chicken pox, hepatitis, flu, and COVID-19. All employees must provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or obtain an approved exemption as a condition of employment.
