Description: VP Advantage Services, LLC is currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our housekeeping team at our vibrant senior living community. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents.
As a Housekeeping Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Executing cleaning tasks according to a structured schedule in designated areas, including resident living spaces, communal areas, and administrative offices.
- Performing floor maintenance through sweeping, dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to ensure cleanliness and safety.
- Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing supplies as necessary.
- Cleaning and maintaining furniture, fixtures, and windows to uphold a pristine appearance.
- Managing laundry services, including collection, cleaning, and distribution of community linens.
- Ensuring all cleaning supplies and equipment are stored safely and used in compliance with safety regulations.
- Reporting maintenance needs and supply shortages to the Lead Housekeeper.
- Assisting with additional tasks as assigned.
We are looking for a professional who can handle tasks with minimal supervision and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in housekeeping is advantageous but not mandatory; we are open to training the right candidate.
- Experience in customer service is a plus.
