This position is full-time, structured around a 5-day work week, totaling 50 hours, without late-night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of the food service establishment.
  • Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through superior service.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control for all food items.
  • Address and resolve any issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.).
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance productivity and sales.
  • Analyze and report on financial performance metrics.
  • Train new and existing team members on effective customer service practices.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Food Service Operations Manager or in a comparable role within the hospitality sector.
  • Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Solid financial management skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
