New Business Development Director

We're seeking an experienced New Business/Partnerships leader to drive revenue growth, build relationships with senior executives, and create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers.
- Generate pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
- Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all departments within a company.
- Be an initial point of contact for new client opportunities, while managing timelines across multiple potential engagements.
- Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solutions.
- Building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
- Partnering with internal resources in order to drive additional value and expertise.
- Collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to create business development materials, including pitch documents, presentation decks, case studies and website updates.
- 3-6 years of experience in sales.
- Experience selling to the C-suite.
- Ability to build and deliver presentations to your customers.
- Sales professional who thrives in a deadline-oriented environment and is highly organized.
- You have the ability to manage multiple tasks with ease, strategically prioritize them, and analyze opportunities to make recommendations on approaches.
- Demonstrated self-starter comfortable trying new things, quick to learn new skills and able to proactively identify new opportunities.
- Well versed in CRM software.
- Knowledgeable in LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Friendly communication style with people orientated mindset and willingness to ask questions and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively.
