About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Account Manager to join our team at ITW Food Equipment Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the national accounts market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to penetrate and increase sales volume in designated national accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level management, product development personnel, and key contacts within assigned national accounts
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them
  • Effectively utilize the Concentrated Sales Process and CRM to manage sales activities and track progress
  • Travel extensively (50% of the time) to engage with customers, attend industry events, and build relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field; or equivalent experience
  • 5 years' experience of progressive sales management and/or targeting national accounts
  • Excellent oral, interpersonal, and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Prior experience in working with foodservice national accounts is a plus
