Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests
- Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and signing up new members
- Facilitate updates to member accounts and respond to member questions and concerns
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School diploma/GED equivalent required
- Customer service background preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Punctuality and reliability are a must
Physical Demands
- Continual standing and walking during shift
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
