Key Responsibilities- Prospect and win net-new medium to large potential business customers
- Ramp and onboard net-new won accounts to further expand our customer base
- Map a prospecting strategy for largest potential customers and engage proper selling partners to close/win the account
- Collaborate with Revenue Management Team and Sales Engineer to make discretionary pricing decisions
- Work closely with Sr Account Executives to ensure ramping of wins
- Execute strategies defined by Senior Leadership Team
- Consultative selling, solutions selling, insight selling, negotiation and advanced client management skills
- Strong business, financial, operations and technology acumen
- Ability to analyze business and industry trends to create tailored solutions for prospects
- Ability to function independently with minimal daily supervision
- Bachelor's Degree
- Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management tool (CRM)
- Experience and proven track record of business development
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
