Job Title: Business Development Representative

As a Business Development Representative at Workhuman, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. Your primary responsibility will be to generate qualified leads and build relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and quarterly quota objectives
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Utilize sales tools and technology to track and manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development
  • Proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
