  • Lead contract negotiations with global accounts, leveraging strategic acumen and industry expertise
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to introduce new products, staying ahead of market trends and demands
  • Analyze financial data and contribute to financial reporting, supporting informed decision-making
  • Manage and motivate teams to achieve sales targets and objectives, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Collaborate with General Managers and local Marine Managers to promote and develop existing solutions, driving business growth

Requirements
  • Travel flexibility within the Caribbean region
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, electrical engineering, business management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, commercial operations, or related roles in the marine industry
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support teams
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Familiarity with contract negotiations and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of marine products and services preferred
  • Post-graduate degree in business management or related areas is a plus
