Responsibilities
  • Sales Strategies: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and increase bookings for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and consistent communication.
  • Site Tours & Negotiations: Conduct site tours, consultations, and negotiations with potential clients, ensuring their vision aligns with the venue's offerings.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing team to drive promotional campaigns and maximize visibility.
Operations & Event Management
  • Event Operations: Oversee all aspects of event operations, ensuring smooth execution from planning to day-of coordination.
  • Vendor Partnerships: Partner with vendors and staff to ensure the highest standards of service and quality are maintained.
  • Event Logistics: Manage event timelines, layouts, and logistics while ensuring venue policies and safety standards compliance.

Leadership & Financial Oversight

  • Budget Monitoring: Monitor budgets, revenue targets, and profitability for all events.
  • Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in event sales and operations, preferably in the wedding or hospitality industry. They should demonstrate expertise in venue management, including overseeing facility operations, maintenance coordination, and client/vendor relations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, are also essential.

Estimated Salary: $125,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, medical, dental, vision benefits, 401k, and a collaborative work environment.
