  • Provide support for applications and operating systems, ensuring timely installation of upgrades and patches, compliance with licensing, and setup of web servers and web-based/server-based applications.
  • Maintain and oversee network security through firewalls, content filtering, intrusion detection, virus protection, and monitoring tools.
  • Administer network authentication and user privileges.
  • Oversee the management of the network infrastructure.
  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for network backup and disaster recovery.
  • Assist in documenting the network, including inventory management and procedural documentation.
  • Support network expansion by installing additional network drops, servers, and switches as required.
  • Facilitate the procurement of software and new equipment by engaging with vendors and conducting sales interviews.
