  • Conduct management review meetings with department managers.
  • Identify potential product and process risks, risk mitigation activities, and controls.
  • Conduct internal audits to maintain the quality management system.
  • Provide training to employees to achieve better quality levels.
  • Maintain training records and certificates.
  • Identify training needs or requirements for inspectors and other employees.
  • Control employee stamps.
  • Provide information for Part Marking issues.
  • Submit EQN's and SRI's to customers.
  • Support Quality Clinic implementation.
  • Corrective Action Tracking, Closure, and Preventive Actions.
  • Issue Quality Alerts.
  • Support Quality Management Briefings.
  • Prime Interface for QA IT System Modules in Plex.
  • Support all QA System Strategic Deployment Initiatives.
Requirements:
  • BS Degree in relevant fields with a minimum of 10 years of quality-related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage one's time and the team's time.
  • Ability to detect problems.
  • Experience presenting and making recommendations to Senior Management.
