Job Title: Quality Team Lead

Polamer Precision, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Quality Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our aerospace manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality strategies to ensure compliance with AS9100 and AS13100 standards.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business process performance and implement lean manufacturing techniques.
  • Conduct product failure investigations, material review board decisions, and corrective/preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication within and between functional groups/management to address problems and obtain resolution.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers on quality-related issues to ensure quality standards are in place.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a minimum of 10 years of quality-related experience.
  • 10+ years of experience in aerospace manufacturing.
  • 5+ years' experience improving business process performance.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt is preferred; PMP certification.
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects to completion.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with customers.
