Industrial Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to become a vital part of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform a variety of mechanical maintenance tasks including insulation, repair of rotating machinery, installation and maintenance of piping systems, basic welding, and operation of facility utilities such as boilers and cooling systems.
- Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, support fellow team members, and engage in company initiatives focused on Safety and Continuous Improvement.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas as part of your responsibilities.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant maintenance experience in sectors such as oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, or process manufacturing.
- At least 3 years of experience utilizing hand and power tools.
- Experience in disassembling machinery and equipment to replace defective components for a minimum of 2 years.
- Ability to interpret repair manuals and parts catalogs.
- At least 1 year of experience executing routine maintenance tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Maintenance Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to perform work safely and efficiently.
- Capacity to assist colleagues as needed.
- Willingness to participate in company activities as directed by management.
- Proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness in work processes.
- This is a permanent position.
- This role is conducted on-site in a manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to loud noises, dust, heat, and various industrial elements is expected.
- Protective safety gear is mandatory, including appropriate clothing, footwear, gloves, hard hats, and goggles as necessary.
- Job activities may involve prolonged periods of standing and extensive interaction with heavy machinery.
