We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Alegria Consulting LLC in Miramar, FL.
About the Role:
This full-time on-site position requires a highly motivated and organized individual to provide high-level administrative support to our executives, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Assume representative roles at meetings on behalf of executives
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Salary Range:$75,000 - $95,000 per year
