About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced front office professional to join our team as a Front Office Director Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Director of Front Office in the direction and administration of Front Office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the management of front office operations, including guest service and registration, room inventory and availability, and departmental initiatives.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, providing supervision, counseling, and evaluations.
  • Recruit, interview, and train team members in Hilton University.
  • Ensure team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies.
Requirements
  • Two years front office management experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
Estimated Salary

$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
