Compensation:$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Summary:The successful candidate will play a key role in the efficient operations of our company, supporting various teams with administrative tasks and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to senior staff members, handling tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and reporting, utilizing software applications and databases to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational processes, collaborating with team members to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in property management or a related field.
  • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
