MCC, the global leader in premium labels, is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will play a critical role in delivering our World Class Service model to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, providing clear and concise information on orders and shipments.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability, ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, escalating to management when necessary.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve plant goals and ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer concerns, trends, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Meet and exceed performance goals for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution rate.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred, with experience in printing or manufacturing a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
