Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Transaction Analyst to join our team at CBRE. In this role, you will be responsible for providing evaluation and support for commercial real estate transaction activities and financial reporting.

This is a hybrid position that requires working onsite at our client's office in Sunnyvale, CA. The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with lease administration and financial reporting.

  • Manage Lease Terminations and Renewals: Monitor and manage the progress of lease terminations, renewals, rent commencements, and increases.
  • Track Lease Information: Support tracking lease information, property values, capital expenditures, rental rates, and real estate assignments.
  • Implement Local Transactions: Assist with managing local transaction implementation.
  • Closing Process: Facilitate closeout process including hand-off to lease administration team.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide transactional financial breakdown support to the team.
  • Real Estate Transactions: Participate in various real estate transactions such as lease negotiation and administration.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, and extraordinary perks such as career growth and longevity.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$115,000 based on location and experience.
