About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Leasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at sfrent. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for leasing and marketing our properties, ensuring that they are presented in the best possible light to potential tenants.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management and leasing, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the SF Bay Area. They will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market units by preparing advertising and marketing programs
  • Set unit pricing through comparable unit and general market analysis
  • Review photos of vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready to show
  • Maintain and monitor a viable Wait List of qualified perspective residents

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus and incentive opportunities available.
