Job Summary

Pacific Seafood is seeking a highly skilled Telecommunications Systems Engineer to join our Systems Engineering team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and managing our Systems Infrastructure, with a primary focus on our telephones and virtualization efforts. Your goal will be to provide our team members with exceptional up time, operational resilience, and secure access.

Key Responsibilities

Manage System Environment

Architect, Deploy, Manage and Optimize our Telco Systems

Architect, Deploy, Manage and Optimize our Physical Servers

Architect, Deploy, Manage and Optimize our Virtual Servers and Hosts

Research, Introduce and or integrate new technologies into our Environment

Oversee and Manage concerns related to our Data Centers

Administer our Domains and Services

Manage, Modify and Improve our Active Directory Domain

Manage, Modify and Improve our Microsoft 365 Environment

Manage Core enterprise-wide services and functions including email, document storage, File share, FTP

Requirements

Experience with cloud-based SaaS telecom systems (Ring Central preferred)

Experience migrating to cloud bases SaaS telecom systems from on-premises

Minimum of seven years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education, industry certification, and experience

Requires a strong working knowledge of VMware and Microsoft-based enterprise environments including Windows Server Operating Systems, PowerShell scripting, SCCM, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and GPOs
