Lead Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of building systems, to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce our environmental footprint.
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
- Current driver's license required.
- Universal CFC card and boiler license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
