Key Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks, including repairs and maintenance of building systems, to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement energy-efficient solutions to reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in property maintenance or a related field.
  • Current driver's license required.
  • Universal CFC card and boiler license preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
