Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with customers and owners to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Develop and deliver presentations to promote our products and services.
  • Collaborate with sales staff to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Investigate customer complaints and provide recommendations for remedial action.
  • Assist in drafting project specifications and designing product systems to meet specific project needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or Mechanical preferred).
  • Waterworks or Public Utilities experience is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply standard engineering principles.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate and negotiate with customers and stakeholders.
