Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including guest service, food safety, and inventory management.

  • Optimize profits by utilizing Sterling Systems and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Moe's/Sterling Operational Standards and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager/Operating Partner and Assistant Manager to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Previous restaurant experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Knowledge of computers, including MS Word and Excel.
  • Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
