Publisher Operations Manager

We are seeking a Publisher Operations Manager to join our team at Mediabistro. As a key member of our Publisher Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and effective B2B experiences for our major partners and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have experience in program or project management, with a deep understanding of the key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations. You will be responsible for coordinating internal stakeholders to exceed performance and efficiency goals, and working with Content Strategy & Policy teams to evaluate major partner businesses and deliver high-quality QBR meetings.
We are looking for a collaborative and creative individual who can drive alignment among various stakeholders throughout the company to reach a common understanding and set of metrics. Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and launch of new operational processes
- Deliver end-to-end project management for operational processes
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to exceed performance and efficiency goals
- Work with Content Strategy & Policy teams to evaluate major partner businesses and deliver high-quality QBR meetings
- Build infrastructure to streamline and scale team processes
Qualifications:
- Experience in program or project management
- Deep understanding of key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations
- Extraordinary organizational skills with ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams
- Ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment
- Exemplary interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills
