About the Role

TikTok is seeking a highly skilled Content Operations Manager to join our Publisher Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, efficient, and effective B2B experiences for our major partners and internal stakeholders.

The successful candidate will have experience in or exposure to the audiovisual content industry, including movie studios, TV production, sports, or related industries. They will also have familiarity with copyright protection platforms and publishing rights management for audiovisual rightsholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and launch of new operational processes and deliver end-to-end project management for operational processes.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders to exceed performance and efficiency goals.
  • Work with Content Strategy & Policy teams to evaluate major partner businesses, competitive insights, and performance trends to deliver high-quality QBR meetings.
  • Build infrastructure to streamline and scale team processes and provide two-way feedback loops, seamless internal visibility, and communication.
Qualifications
  • Experience in or exposure to the audiovisual content industry.
  • Familiarity with copyright protection platforms and publishing rights management.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with other stakeholder teams and senior leadership.
  • The ability to meet deadlines and drive strong execution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exemplary interpersonal, analytical, and communications skills.
  • A deep understanding and insights of key metrics and measurements in content and creator operations.
  • Understanding of publisher business models and audiovisual rightsholder and platform challenges in copyright strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
  • A creative approach to internal operations that fully appreciates the unique value TikTok creates for our partners.
  • Natural collaboration with the ability to drive alignment among various stakeholders throughout the company.
  • Experience in product preferred.
  • Leadership in understanding key business priorities, including the ability to clearly articulate key issues, recommend solutions, and kick off projects to serve those core business priorities.
