Job Description

Sentric Music Group is seeking a highly skilled Client Manager to join our North America team. As a key member of our client management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
    • Provide proactive communication, regular updates, and timely responses to client inquiries.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceed client expectations.
  • Strategy Implementation
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of client-centric strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
    • Work closely with the client management team to ensure alignment and effective communication.
    • Monitor and analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Reporting and Financial
    • Compile and analyze statistical information to report client management team performance and service delivery.
    • Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to clients.
  • Client Management and Development
    • Maintain and develop relationships with key industry professionals, including labels, publishers, and management companies.
    • Identify opportunities for collaboration and growth across the North America territory.
    • Represent Sentric Music Group at key industry events and conferences.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in music publishing or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional client service and exceeding client expectations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a client-centric approach.
  • Knowledge of the music industry, including copyright management and rights organizations.
