We are seeking a highly skilled Publishing Lead to join our Investment Content Management team at Capital Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality pitch decks, quarterly attribution reports, and other investment materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with sales, Investment Directors, and product teams to create engaging content that drives business goals.
  • Lead the development of pitch decks, quarterly attribution reports, and other investment materials that meet the needs of institutional, gatekeeper, and RIA audiences.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify issues and recommend solutions on complex matters.
  • Plan and execute projects across diverse groups to ensure timely completion.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external contacts to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in investment research, mutual funds, or related fields.
  • CFA designation is a plus.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence senior business leaders and drive business results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
