Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at Marshalls. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a high-volume store location, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Merchandising and Operations: Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and maximize inventory turnover.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive shopping experience for every customer, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Human Resources: Recruit, train, and develop a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers, providing individualized development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
  • Loss Prevention: Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities, ensuring that all store policies and procedures are followed.
  • Expense Control and Payroll: Manage store expense control and payroll to optimize business results.
Requirements
  • Three to five years' retail leadership experience as a Store or District Manager.
  • Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
  • Previous volume responsibility of $5 million or more.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
