Position Overview:

The Service Lead plays a crucial role in overseeing the service team, which includes cashiering and recovery functions, while ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise the service team, focusing on cashiering, front-end operations, and recovery tasks.
  • Provide constructive feedback to store management regarding team performance.
  • Ensure compliance with customer service standards and operational procedures, including training and daily tasks related to recovery.
  • Act as the primary Manager on Duty (MOD), responsible for opening and closing the store as scheduled, while guiding floor associates to meet merchandising and customer service expectations.
  • Oversee the management and compliance of the Hazardous Waste program.
  • Utilize company resources and reports to analyze trends and collaborate with store leadership in refining strategies to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience is required. Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
  • A minimum of two years of retail management experience is preferred.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Physical ability to lift, carry, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds is required, along with the capacity to move freely throughout the store.
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule of up to 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is necessary.
  • Basic proficiency in English literacy, mathematics, and computer skills is required.
