This role entails responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team, as well as with patients and their families, to identify and fulfill their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs.

Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process, adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Understanding the Enterprise Pool:


We have redefined our contingent staffing strategy with a new Enterprise Resource Pool that provides numerous options for flexibility, variety, and career development, all while supporting our mission to deliver exceptional whole-person care to our communities.

The CommonSpirit Mountain Region Enterprise Resource Pool includes both clinical and allied roles that may float across various units within the system.

Members of the Enterprise Pool will have the chance to float to multiple units within a single facility, a group of facilities, or across all our locations.

This pool will offer additional resources to support and enhance staffing needs throughout the system.

Enterprise Pool Tiers:
Tier 1:
Base rate + $3.00/hr Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials

1 facility – preferred location/closest to home

Must work in at least 2 applicable units with recent RN experience in those specialties

12 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Tier 2:
Base rate + $6.75/hr Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials

Assigned to one of four zones based on home location, with travel required to the 4 hospitals in that zone.

Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Tier 3:
Flat rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials

Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)

For Tier 3/Systemwide hires, individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each, subject to change.

Full Time/Part Time: 18 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

PRN:
24 months of experience in unit type/specialty area

Qualifications:
In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact.

Colorado Only:

RNs working in Colorado under a multi-state license must obtain their CO RN license within 30 days of establishing residency.

Compact to Compact. Upon issuance of a new multistate license, the former license is inactivated. For more information visit

Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.

Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to unit type or specialty area.

Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly).
