As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for:


Facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with the healthcare team and the patient/family to identify and address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient.


Promoting the optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the nursing process, adhering to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications:
In addition to embodying humankindness in the workplace, qualified nursing candidates should possess the following:

Education Requirements

Associates Degree in Nursing required; Nursing Diploma or by endorsement

Bachelors Degree in Nursing preferred

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required for new graduates, preferred for experienced RNs

Experience Requirements

One year of experience preferred

Nursing skills and knowledge base specific to specialty

Licenses/Certification Requirements

RN License required; Current state nursing licenses or valid RN license from a participating state in the National Licensure Compact

Physical Requirements

Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)

The schedule for this position is from or , varying days Monday thru Friday. No weekends or holidays

Our PRN roles require a minimum of 5 shifts per 6 week period.

Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life Colorado.

With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients.
