Key Responsibilities- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families to identify and meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
- Promote optimal health, well-being, and safety of patients through the use of the nursing process and adherence to patient care standards, guidelines, and the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.
- One year of OR experience required.
- Previous experience with Ortho/Sports Medicine cases highly preferred.
- Scrub experience preferred.
Our Operating Room team at OrthoColorado Hospital is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong communication and teamwork skills. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for circulating and/or scrubbing on all cases, mainly Ortho, Total joint replacements, Ortho Spine, and Sports Medicine procedures.
