Job Title: IT Project Manager - Merger and Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. As an IT Project Manager - Merger and Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting the project team in the integration and divestiture of IT technologies in a merger or acquisition context.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage IT activities, resources, and budget associated with mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and implement stakeholder management plans, risk management plans, and vendor management plans
  • Ensure the successful integration and migration of IT systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience using PMBoK concepts and principles
  • Skilled in establishing detailed scope, schedule, resources, and budget using standard project tools
  • Hands-on experience with stakeholder management, risk management, and vendor management
  • Experience managing systems migration and integration in a merger or acquisition context
Preferred Qualifications:
  • BS in business administration or project management
  • ACP, SCRUM Certification, PMP, PgMP, Prince II, SAFe, or equivalent
  • Experience with core functions of an ERP: Quote to Cash, Procure to Pay, Manufacture, etc.
