About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Insurance Search Specialists. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients and working closely with a successful broker to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Analyze client data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the broker to prepare quotes and proposals for new business opportunities.
  • Manage account transactions, including processing and preparing necessary documents.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
