Call Center Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Support Specialist to join our team at Talkishco in Washington, DC. - Confirm customer orders, provide order updates, and resolve any issues related to customer orders.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support software.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
The estimated salary for this role is $48,000 - $62,000 per year, depending on experience.
