Call Center Team Lead

Join Colonial Parking Inc.'s talented team as a call center manager, playing a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Reporting directly to the VP, Business Intelligence, you will oversee the daily operations of our Remote Management Center, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and efficient use of resources. As a proactive leader, you will establish clear goals and objectives, promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement, and foster effective relationships with colleagues and clients. With experience in call center management, technical troubleshooting, and CRM software, you will be well-equipped to navigate complex challenges and optimize results.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain high-performing teams by coaching, mentoring, and providing feedback to associates.
- Analyze and interpret data to inform decision-making and drive process improvements.
- Cultivate a positive, inclusive work environment that prioritizes employee satisfaction and well-being.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and senior management.
To succeed in this role, you should have at least 2 years' experience in call center management, preferably in a technical support or IT environment. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, along with strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and interpersonal skills, is essential. Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams will also be beneficial. Estimated salary range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year.
